This choice turns back on autoupdating in case you turned it off via the option key, and want it back on.
This item displays the timer. Useful only if you disabled autoupdating using the option key, and want to occassionally see the time.
This choice resets the stopwatch like timer to zero seconds.

The cursor menu allows you to select the cursor you'd like to use. What the cursor looks like is displayed to the left of the selection.
Counts down 90 minutes (5400 seconds)
Counts down 80 minutes (4800 seconds)
Counts down 70 minutes (4200 seconds)
Counts down 60 minutes (3600 seconds)
Counts down 30 minutes (1800 seconds)
Counts down 10 minutes (600 seconds)
Counts down 5 minutes (300 seconds)
Counts down two minutes (120 seconds)
Counts down one minute (60 seconds)
This halts the current countdown. It sets the time left to 6 secs, then counts down and "finishes". The countdown to be halted then counts down a max of 6 more seconds, then finishes. Takes about 12 secs to halt once selected.
